Due to the constrained footprint of the pods, there isn't a suitable turning circle for guests using wheelchairs. There are multiple options across the Resort's Accommodation, an alternative would be an Accessible Woodland Lodge located in the Enchanted Village. The Pods also are not able to accommodate cots.

Guests aged between 16 and 17 are required to be accompanied by an adult of 18+ years in order to stay within the Enchanted Village Woodland Lodges, Treehouses or Stargazing Pods. If your party is not travelling with an adult of 18+ years, we advise staying within our Alton Towers or Splash Landings Hotel. For further information please visit our Help Centre.

*Lead price of £90 per family is based on 2 adults and 2 children staying in a Stargazing Pod on selected dates. Subject to change and availability.

If a Bed & Breakfast package is booked, Theme Park passes are not included in the package. 1-day or 2-day Theme Park passes can be added to the booking during the upgrades stage.

1-day Theme Park passes can be used on either day of your stay (subject to Park opening) – please check our opening times before arrival.

2-day Theme Park entry must be used on consecutive days as part of your stay. 2-day Theme Park entry does not apply to themed weekends. Offer subject to change and availability.
